While I’m working out some technical difficulties, I’d like to give a little background history as to how the Harvey Mercheum came to be. It started back in September of 2007. I had started buying Richie Rich merchandise on eBay, and quickly realized that it was a very different experience than collecting the comic books. I could use the Overstreet Price Guide as a checklist to determine what comics I needed, but I had no way of knowing what merchandise existed. I was a member of the Richie Rich Yahoo Group, so I put together a list of what I had at the time and posted it. I asked the other members to add to the list, figuring that the combined list would be as close as possible to a list of what was available. I only got one response, and let the topic drop. The lack of pictures would have limited the usefulness of the list anyway.
