Do any of you watch Toy Hunter on Travel Channel? I do! While I am not a big fan of the “reality television” format, I enjoy looking at some of the toys Jordan finds. Judging by some of the comments he has made, I would say that Jordan and I are very close in age. And while no Harvey items have been featured on the show yet, maybe some day…

I also enjoy seeing the shows Jordan attends to look for toys. It was by watching the show that I learned of the Wayne NJ Toy Show. I attended the show last summer, and met Jordan’s sidekick Steve Savino. I told Steve of my plans for this website, and Steve told me about a toy show he had attended in Las Vegas where a dealer’s whole booth was Casper items! While at the Wayne show, I purchased one of the very few Casper items I own.

My apologies for not posting any new exhibits last week, but it was due to me attending another show I learned of by watching Toy Hunter. I traveled to San Juan, Puerto Rico to attend Puerto Rico Comic Con! The new convention center is beautiful, the convention was very well run and organized, but there was not a single Harvey-related item to be had. Oh well, you win some, you lose some! I am back now, and will continue posting the DFC figure exhibits shortly.
