PolyGram Records Inc.

Parachute Records was a subsidiary label of Casablanca Records from 1976 or 1977 until 1979. In 1980, PolyGram Records fully acquired Casablanca Records. In 1983, PolyGram reintroduced the Parachute label as a children’s label, but it did not last long. (Sources: Discogs, Wikipedia)
